- Operating & updating Software’s and responsible for new Software training to Employees
- Firewall administration and server maintenance
- Coordination with Hardware/Software vendors of purchase
- Responsible for updating company websites
- PC/Laptop desktop support users
- Installation and troubleshooting experience on ADSL and DSL internet Lines/ online troubleshoot problems for remote PC/laptops
- Internet activation and blocking of internet on User PCs
- Manage and perform service, support & troubleshooting of POS, Servers and Laptops/PC
- Installation of various Hardware and software configuration on Systems and printer installation
- System back up, formatting, complete technical servicing of PC/laptop
- Documenting the work done and sending weekly reports, monthly asset reports, etc.
- Required to do Data entry for the tasks assigned
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets etc.
